Huntsville Metro Area industry wages have increased by 19.7% percent since 2001

Since 2001, industry wages increased in the Huntsville Metro Area by a total of 19.7%. This is greater than the growth in industry wages for the State of Alabama and greater than the growth in average wages for the US.

Huntsville Metro Area Industry Wages Exceed Alabama, and Wages Exceed the United States Industry Wages

Wages in all industries in Huntsville, AL can be understood as being relatively high when compared to other Metro Areas throughout the US in the 2nd quarter of 2006. The industry wages are 20.4 percent higher than the reported averages in the state of $34,182. The average pay was greater than the US average pay of $40,259.
