In Sacramento County, California according to the Decennial Census of 2000, 27.2 percent of the White Alone, 15.4 percent of Black or African American, 30.6 percent of the Asian alone and 12 percent of the Hispanic or Latino (+25) has achieved at least a Bachelors Degree.
