Chico One-Year Industry Employment Change

Out of the 142 industry sectors (4-digit NAICS) with employment figures reported by the BLS in each quarter, 55 accounted an for increase in employment during the period and 85 industries reported a drop in employment.

Income and Poverty in Chico, CA

While household income level experienced a decline in the last five year in the Chico, CA metro area, the Race/Ethnicity category that felt the biggest decline in household income was the Hispanic category. This category saw a decline of 12.9 percent since the year 2000.
