Stockton Metro Area industry wages have increased by 19.7% percent since 2001

From 2001 to 2006, average industry wages increased in the Stockton Metro Area by a total of 19.7%. This is greater than the growth in industry wages for California and greater than the growth in average industry wages for the United States.

Stockton Metro Area Industry Wages Lag Behind California, and Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

Wages in all industries in Stockton, CA can be described as medium-high when compared to other 2nd quarter of 2006 Metro Area wages throughout the nation. The average pay is 26.7 percent lower than the reported averages in the state of $45,358. The average pay was less than the US average pay of $40,259.
