Vallejo-Fairfield Metro Area industry wages have increased by 19.1% percent since 2001

From 2001 to 2006, average industry wages increased in the Vallejo-Fairfield Metro Area by a total of 19.1%. This is greater than the growth in industry wages for California and greater than the growth in average industry wages for the United States.

Vallejo-Fairfield Metro Area Industry Wages Lag Behind California, and Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

Total wages in all industries in Vallejo-Fairfield, CA when analyzed can be described as relatively high when analyzed with other Metro Areas in the United States. The overall wages are 18.9 percent lower than the state, which was reported to be $45,358. The average pay was less than the national industry average of $40,259.
