Income and Poverty in Ventura County, California

Ventura County, California had a population that was estimated at 796,106 for the year 2005. The total population has increased sharply, from the population in the year 2000 of 756,673. This growth denotes an increase of 5.2 percent. Ventura ranks 14 of 58 counties in terms of population growth in California and the county ranks 84 of 3,141 counties by growth in county population in the United States.
