Income and Poverty in Park County, Colorado

In Park County, Colorado according the 2000 Decennial Census, 30.6 percent of the White Alone, 34.4 percent of Black or African American, 51.8 percent of the Asian alone and 19 percent of the Hispanic or Latino population (over 25) has obtained a Bachelors Degree or Higher.

Park County, Colorado had an estimated population of 16,949 in the year 2005. The population has increased very sharply, from the population in the year 2000 of 14,698. This growth signifies an increase of 15.3 percent. Park ranks 17 of 64 counties in terms of population growth in Colorado and the county ranks 773 of 3,141 counties when calculating the total change in county population across the US.
