Income and Poverty in Putnam County, Florida

In Putnam County, Florida according to the Decennial Census of 2000, 10 percent of the White Alone, 6.6 percent of Black or African American, 24.6 percent of the Asian alone and 2 percent of the Hispanic or Latino population, over the age 25, has achieved at least a Bachelors Degree.

Putnam County, Florida had a population that was estimated at 73,568 in the year 2005. The population has increased, from the population in the year 2000 of 70,435.
