Income and Poverty in Dougherty County, Georgia

In Dougherty County, Georgia according to the Decennial Census of 2000, 23 percent of the White Alone, 13.4 percent of Black or African American, 15.4 percent of the Asian alone and 15.4 percent of the Hispanic or Latino population, over the age 25, has achieved a Bachelors Degree or Higher.
