Toombs County, Georgia has a population that is comprised of 63.3 percent White, 24.7 percent African American, 0.6 percent Asian, and 11 percent Hispanic. This area can be considered to have a high amount of racial and ethnic diversity, with 36.3 percent of the population made up of minorities. This is less than the State of Georgia percent of 39.2.
