Income and Poverty in Whitfield County, Georgia

Black or African American householders reported a median household income that was 15.6 percent less than the overall median reported in 2000, with a reported median of $38,890. Whitfield County, Georgia has a population that is made of 66 percent White, 3.6 percent African American, 1.3 percent Asian, and 28.2 percent Hispanic.
