Income and Poverty in Shoshone County, Idaho

Higher Education in Shoshone County, Idaho

Shoshone County, Idaho can be considered to have a less-educated population, with 10.2 percent of the over 25 years old population having a Bachelors Degree or Higher, according to the 2000 Decennial Census. Shoshone was reported to have a lower percent of the population with at least a Bachelors than the State of Idaho's proportion of 21.6 percent and a lower percent than the national average of 24.4 percent.

Demographic Profile for Shoshone County, Idaho

By measuring total land area, Shoshone encompasses a total area of 2634 square miles. The land areas has a very low density of 5 persons per square mile, in 2005.
