Income and Poverty in Ogle County, Illinois

Ogle County, Illinois has a population base that is comprised of 90.3 percent White, 0.7 percent African American, 0.5 percent Asian, and 7.7 percent Hispanic. This area can be considered to have a modest level of diversity, with 8.9 percent of the population made up of minorities. This is less than the State of Illinois percent of 33.1. Since 2000, Ogle has increased the percent of minority makeup when 6.9 percent of the total population were minorities.
