Income and Poverty in Peoria County, Illinois

The poverty rate in Peoria County, Illinois has declined by 2.2 percent since the 2000 rates, moving from 13.7 percent to 11.5 percent.

Peoria County, Illinois has a population base that is comprised of 76.5 percent White, 16.7 percent African American, 2.2 percent Asian, and 2.6 percent Hispanic.
