Income and Poverty in Winnebago County, Illinois

The rate of poverty in Winnebago County, Illinois has increased by 2.2 percent from the rates reported in the Decennial Census, moving from 9.6 percent to 11.8 percent.

Winnebago ranks 7 of 102 counties when calculating total change in population for Illinois and the county ranks 323 of 3,141 counties in terms of population growth in the United States.
