Income and Poverty in Becker County, Minnesota

Black or African American headed households had a median household income that was 58.5 percent less than the overall reported level in 2000, with a reported median of $16,885. It was reported in 2000 that the Asian headed households had median household incomes of $18,525. The U.S. Census Bureau, in the year 2005, estimated a median age in Becker County, Minnesota to be 39.6 years old. The median in Becker is greater than the median age in Minnesota of 36.7.
