Jacksonville Metro Area Industry Wages Lag Behind North Carolina, and Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

Total wages in all industries in Jacksonville, NC when analyzed can be understood as being very low when compared to other Metro Areas throughout the US in the 2nd quarter of 2006. The industry wages are 38.9 percent lower than the state, which was reported to be $35,650. The industry pay was less than the overall average in the United States of $40,259.
