Income and Poverty in Cumberland County, North Carolina

The 2000 Decennial Census reported that in Cumberland County, North Carolina, the largest educational attainment category for men is the Some College or Associates Degree category, with 39.4 percent reaching this education level. The female population in Cumberland have attainment on average a lower level of higher education (Bachelors or Higher) than the men in the area: 19.6 percent (Men) versus 18.8 percent (Women).
