Income and Poverty in Ramsey County, North Dakota

When put side-by-side with other counties (or parishes) throughout the United States, Ramsey County, North Dakota can be considered to have a medium-low rate of poverty among the people, accounting a rate of 12.6 percent of the population with family incomes below the 1999 poverty level.
