Bismarck Metro Area industry wages have increased by 25.4% percent since 2001

From the second quarter of 2001 to the second quarter of 2006, industry wages have increased in the Bismarck Metro Area by a total of 25.4%. This is greater than the growth in industry wages for North Dakota and greater than the growth in industry wages for the nation as a whole.

Bismarck Metro Area Industry Wages Exceed North Dakota, but Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

Wages in all industries in Bismarck, ND can be understood as being medium-low when compared to other Metro Areas throughout the US in the 2nd quarter of 2006. The industry wages are 4.4 percent higher than the with an state average of $30,009. The average industry wage was less than the US average pay of $40,259.
