Demographic Profile for Hamilton County, Nebraska

Hamilton County, Nebraska had an estimated population of 9,568 in 2005. The estimated population has increased, since the 2000 total population of 9,391. This growth signifies an increase of 1.9 percent. Hamilton ranks 18 of 93 counties when analyzing total population change in Nebraska and the county ranks 1,683 of 3,141 counties by growth in county population in the United States.

In the year 2005, the population division of U.S. Census Bureau estimates the median age in Hamilton County, Nebraska to be 40.1 years old. The median age in Hamilton is greater than the median age in the State of Nebraska of 36.2.
