Lincoln Metro Area industry wages have increased by 14.0% percent since 2001

From 2001 to 2006, average industry wages increased in the Lincoln Metro Area by a total of 14.0%. This is less than the growth in industry wages for Nebraska and less than the growth in average wages for the US.

Lincoln Metro Area Industry Wages Lag Behind Nebraska, and Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

The overall industry wages in Lincoln, NE can be understood as being medium-low when compared to other 2nd quarter of 2006 Metro Area wages throughout the nation. The average pay is 2.8 percent lower than the state, which accounted an average of $32,465. The average pay was less than the national industry average of $40,259.
