Total industry employment has increased by 3.2 percent since the 2nd Quarter of 2001. This is less than percent in the State of New York, which went through a loss of -1.0 percent from the 2nd Quarter of 2001. Income and Poverty in Delaware County, New York

According to the 2000 Census, the Asian headed households in the area have median household incomes of $44,850. Since the year 2000, a low amount of people have migrated to Delaware internationally. The migration from outside the US into Delaware makes up 0 percent of immigration into the State of New York. In Delaware County, the census reported 29,456 housing units in the year 2005. This represents a growth in housing units, adding in all 368 residential units since 2001, or 1.3 percent.
