Housing Report for Cuyahoga County, Ohio

In Cuyahoga County, the census reported 620,564 housing units in the year 2005. This represents a growth in housing units, adding a total of 2,941 homes since 2001, or 0.5 percent.

The residential housing values in Cuyahoga County, Ohio have moderate increases since their reported values in 2000. The values have increased by $22,700, or 19.9 percent, since 2000 when they were valued at $113,800.
