Income and Poverty in Lucas County, Ohio

As the median household income witnessed a decline in the last five year in Lucas County, Ohio, the Race/Ethnicity category that felt the biggest decline in the household income level was the American Indian and Alaska Native Race/Ethnicity category. In Lucas County, Ohio as reported in the 2000 Census, 23 percent of the White Alone, 10.2 percent of Black or African American, 61.2 percent of the Asian alone and 10.2 percent of the Hispanic or Latino (+25) population has achieved at least a Bachelors Degree.
