Perry County, Ohio has a population that is made up of 98.2 percent White, 0.3 percent African American, 0.1 percent Asian, and 0.5 percent Hispanic. The area population base can be described as having a very modest level of diversity in terms of race and ethnicity, with 0.9 percent minorities. This is less than the State of Ohio percent of 15.5.
