Employment Report for Creek County, Oklahoma -- Annual 2005 Industry Summary

Manufacturing saw the largest loss of employment between the years 2001-2005 in Creek County. The sector faced a loss of 1,094 employees during the period, or 24.6 percent of industry's employment. The industry declines made up 46.4 percent of all county employment losses since 2001.

In Creek County, Manufacturing, Retail Trade, and the Health care and social assistance sectors are the largest industries, in terms of total number of jobs in 2005.
