Osage County Five-Year Percentage Decline in Employment

The Building finishing contractors industry has lost the largest percent of jobs, losing 57.1 percent of the jobs from 2001 to 2006. These have declined faster than the industry sector has gone through in the Oklahoma, where the industry reported a gain of 27.4 percent. Income and Poverty in Osage County, Oklahoma

When calculating the total land area, Osage spans a total of 2251 square miles. The land areas has a very low population density of 20 persons per square mile.
