Income and Poverty in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania

As the median income level saw a decline during the period of 2000 to 2005 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, the Race/Ethnicity group that experienced the largest decline in household income was the Asian Race/Ethnicity category. Higher Education in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania

Between 2000 and 2005, the percent of the male population that can be understood as highly educated has increased by 0.4 percent. As reported in 2005, 16.4 percent of area's male population, over the age 25, achieved a Bachelors Degree or Higher. Lycoming County, Pennsylvania has a population that is made of 93.5 percent White, 4.2 percent African American, 0.5 percent Asian, and 0.8 percent Hispanic.
