Total employment has decreased by 4.4 percent since the 2nd Quarter figures of 2001. This change is greater than growth in Pennsylvania, which experienced a gain of 0.5 percent from the 2nd Quarter of 2001. The losses were greater than than the gain seen for the United States of 2.6 percent.
