Cleveland Metro Area industry wages have increased by 14.6% percent since 2001

From the second quarter of 2001 to the second quarter of 2006, industry wages have increased in the Cleveland Metro Area by a total of 14.6%. This is less than the growth in wages for the State of Tennessee and less than the growth in industry wages for the nation as a whole.

Cleveland Metro Area Industry Wages Lag Behind Tennessee, and Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

The overall industry wages in Cleveland, TN can be described as medium-low when compared to other 2nd quarter of 2006 Metro Area wages throughout the nation. The average pay is 13 percent lower than the reported averages in the state of $36,146. The average industry wage was less than the US average pay of $40,259.
