Higher Education in the Beaumont-Port Arthur, TX Metro Area

The American Community Survey reported that in the Beaumont-Port Arthur, TX Metro Area, the most common level of education achieved in the area for the male population is the High School Diploma category, with 40 percent obtaining this level of education. The women in the Beaumont-Port Arthur metro area on average have achieved a lower level of higher education (Bachelors or Higher) than the men in the area: 17 percent (Men) versus 15.6 percent (Women).
