Income and Poverty in Bee County, Texas

When compared to other counties (and parishes) throughout the United States, Bee County was reported to have a relatively low household income of $33,219 (Adjusted to 2005 Dollars). This figure is 40.6 percent lower than the median income in State of Texas of $46,715 and the income level is 47.9 percent lower than the median for the rest of the nation, which is a reported $49,133.
