In Cass County, jobs in the utility system construction pay the highest wages

The average worker in the industry in Cass County received a wage of $155,300 in 2nd quarter of 2006. The pay is greater than the average industry wage in the State of Texas of $43,960 and greater than then the wage for jobs in this industry at the United States Level of $48,011.

Cass County Wages have increased by 15.5% Since 2001

From the second quarter of 2001 to the second quarter of 2006, industry wages have increased in Cass County, Texas by a total of 15.5%. This is less than the growth in average industry wages for Texas and less than the growth in industry wages across the US.
