Income and Poverty in Wichita County, Texas

The median household income in the area has declined a small amount from the inflation-adjusted 2000 income levels. The income level has decreased to $39,093, representing a 1.1 percent decline. Wichita County, Texas had a total estimated population of 125,894 for the year 2005. The total population has decreased, since the 2000 total population of 131,341. The decline shows a decrease of -4.1 percent.
