Heavy and civil engineering construction (4 new jobs) Given the industries in the area, the Educational services industry has lost the most employment with a total loss of 18 jobs during the time period. The jobs lost in Educational services makes up 4.9% percent of the total job loss in Lewis County, Idaho. Top Declining Industries: 1. Educational services (18 jobs lost) 2.
