In the State of Massachusetts, Suffolk County places 13 of 14 by percent in growth of new residential structures. The county places 2,633 of 3,141 comparing the percentage change in residential in other US counties. The residential housing values in 2006 in Suffolk County, Massachusetts are greater than the housing values in 2000. The residential values have increased by $231,200 or 123.4%, from when in 2000 they were valued at 2000 of $187,300.
