The valuations have increased by $44,800 or 42.7%, since 2000 when they were valued at 2000 of $104,900. Berks County recorded median owner-occupied home value in the year 2000 of $104,900 according to the 2000 Census. This median is greater than the State of Pennsylvania 2000 median home value of $97,000.
