Income and Poverty in Wythe County, Virginia

Wythe County, Virginia had an estimated population of 28,421 in the year 2005. The population has increased, since the population in 2000 of 27,633. This growth denotes an increase of 2.9 percent. Wythe ranks 53 of 134 counties in terms of population growth in Virginia and the county ranks 1,207 of 3,141 counties in terms of population growth in the United States.
