Racine Metro Area industry wages have increased by 17.8% percent since 2001

From the second quarter of 2001 to the second quarter of 2006, industry wages have increased in the Racine Metro Area by a total of 17.8%. This is greater than the growth in industry wages for Wisconsin and greater than the growth in industry wages across the US.

Racine Metro Area Industry Wages Exceed Wisconsin, but Wages Lag Behind the United States Industry Wages

Wages in all industries in Racine, WI when analyzed can be described as relatively high when analyzed with other 2nd quarter of 2006 Metro Area wages throughout the US. The average pay is 8.3 percent higher than the state, which was reported to be $34,953. The overall industry wage was less than the overall average in the United States of $40,259.
